Terms and Conditions
Prospective Buyers are Expected to:
Not have any small children in the home that are to young to understand how to care for a small puppy/dog.
Provide assurance that someone will be at home with the puppy, at least on a part time basis,
Dedicate themselves to potty training the puppy with a method that best suits their lifestyle,
Provide assurance that the puppy will live inside their home and is not a gift for someone else,
Ensure their puppy stays free of fleas and ticks and agrees to be diligent in keeping their immunizations current,
Understand the responsibility involved in keeping a toy dog safe.
The Seller Shall:
Provide the buyer with a healthy, well socialized puppy that is free of fleas and ticks,
and whose immunizations are current,
Provide the buyer with a puppy is eating well and trained to go to the bathroom on paper pads,
Provide the buyer with a puppy pack, AKC registration papers, and a written health guarantee,
Agree to take the puppy/dog back at any time for any reason during its lifetime,
If distance is an issue, will make every effort to set up a meeting place that is convenient to both parties,
Make herself available to the buyer for on going support as long as it is needed,
Give a discount to anyone purchasing more then one puppy.
